Chad is the co-creator of Silicon Foundry’s startup advisory practice, helping leading corporations like Southwest Airlines, BP, Home Depot, and PGA of America harness open innovation by identifying and partnering with emerging companies. He also serves as a strategic business advisor to Wayne Gretzky, guiding partnerships and venture opportunities. Previously, he co-founded the corporate innovation practice at Capital Factory, the most active VC in Texas, and co-founded EAS, an energy efficiency services company partnered with Home Depot, which was successfully sold. With a background at Thoma Bravo and DLJ in New York, his career spans private equity, venture capital, and corporate innovation.
As a Partner at Silicon Foundry, Camille Manso specializes in advising leading corporations on innovation strategy and emerging technologies and trends disrupting industries such as supply chain and logistics, consumer products and financial services. Her former role as a corporate lawyer at a top global law firm helped sharpen her expertise in M&A, VC financing, and corporate governance. Camille's educational background includes a BBA from the University of Miami and a JD from New York University School of Law.
